Acute care visits

Service Description

*Schedule an acute care visit if you are having the following issues within 1-3 days: - UTI (urinary tract infection) - Sinusitis - Allergy symptoms: congestion, runny nose, watery and/or itchy eyes, cough - Upper Respiratory: Cold, Flu, COVID - Back or neck pain - Nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea - Skin rash - Fall injury, sprain and/or strain *This visit is only meant to address ONE of the above issues. This visit is only meant for established patients. New patients must first schedule an Initial Evaluation. If you are needing more than 15min to discuss other needs, a 30-45 min virtual or office visit will need to be scheduled.
