Full Physical with blood work testing

Service Description

Getting an annual physical is a great way to determine your current health status and help form long term goals to optimizing health. Helpful in conjunction with an Initial Evaluation in long term health planning. Includes a full head to toe check, discussion of findings and lab work. Pap smear also included when indicated. Blood work order provided to go to lab of choice (Quest, CPL, Lab Corp) or mobile phlebotomist. Follow up appointment to be scheduled 2 weeks after for review of lab results and discussion of management. Valued at $700-800 (retail price when billed to insurance) Receipt for insurance reimbursement available upon request. Payment plans available. Discounts available with membership.
