Full Physical with blood work testing

Service Description

Getting an annual physical is a great way to determine your current health status and help form long term goals of optimizing health. Includes a full head to toe check, discussion of findings and lab work. Blood work order provided to go to lab of choice (Quest, CPL, Lab Corp) or mobile phlebotomist. Follow up appointment to be scheduled 2 weeks after for review of lab results and discussion of management. Receipt for insurance reimbursement available upon request.
